Building on our new Roster system, we’ve added Shift Management to give you total control over your team’s availability. You can now create specific working shifts (like "Morning Shift" or "Overnight") and assign them to your staff to ensure your business messaging is always covered.
Easy Scheduling: Set up recurring shifts so you don't have to manually update the schedule every week.
Active Status Control: The system automatically knows who is "On Duty" based on their shift, so chats are only assigned to people currently working.
Flexible Breaks: Add break times within shifts to ensure staff can rest without messages piling up in their personal inbox.
Timezone Support: Perfect for teams working across different regions; shifts adjust to keep your global operations running smoothly.
