New Utility and Authentication Message Fee in Hong Kong
Starting July 1, 2026, the rate for Utility and Authentication messages sent to recipients in Hong Kong will be updated to HK$0.25 per message.
Effective July 1, 2026, Meta will update the WhatsApp message fee for Hong Kong.
Specifically, Utility and Authentication messages delivered to Hong Kong phone numbers will be updated to a rate of HK$0.25 per message.
