We’ve added a new way to make your automation smarter. The Condition widget allows your chat flow to make decisions. It splits the path into two directions: Match (if the user meets your rule) or Not Match (if they don’t).

• Instagram Following Status: Automatically check if a user follows your page. You can send special messages to followers and invite non-followers to join your community.

• Labels: Route users based on tags you have given them, such as "VIP" or "New Lead."

• Variables: Use specific data like Country Code or Phone Number to segment your audience and provide localized service.
