Customers

Under this section, you can imagine that it is equal to contacts in a phone. Not every customer has a corresponding chatroom.

Under broadcast section, the targeted customers can be filtered out by labels also.

There are two Excel templates for importing customers by batch.

The steps generally are

1. Download the Excel template

   
   

2. Update / Add the customer on the Excel (if empty user ID, system will create a new customer. )

   
   

3. Upload the new version of Excel.
