WhatsApp Flows or as being referred to in iSlash AI Platform, WhatsApp Form, is a WhatsApp Business API feature, that lets businesses send structured, multi-screen forms directly inside a WhatsApp conversation.
With WhatsApp Flows, you can:

Part 1: Build Your Flow in WhatsApp Flows Playground
WhatsApp Flows Playground is a free, no-code tool by Meta for designing and previewing Flows.

1.1 Screens
Screens are the pages of your Flow. You can add multiple screens to break content across steps.
Click「+ Add New」to add a screen, or「✕」to remove one.

1.2 Edit Content
Each screen requires a Screen Title, a short label describing the page, e.g. "Register Your Details" or "Select a Service". It appears at the top of the screen to orient customers.
Click「+ Add Content」to add elements to a screen. There are four categories:

1.3 Button
Each screen has a button at the bottom to submit or proceed. The button label is customisable, e.g. "Continue", "Submit", "Book Now".
1.4 Copy Flow JSON
Once done, click「Copy Flow JSON」in the top right to copy the Flow configuration for import into iSlash.
Part 2: Import the Flow into iSlash
Steps:
Log in to iSlash AI Platform
Go to Settings > WhatsApp Form
Select the WhatsApp API number (channel) to associate with this Flow, click「Create」
Enter the form details:
Name: A label to identify this form, e.g. Customer Feedback Form
b. Categories: Select the appropriate category, e.g. Survey
Click「Create」
Paste the Flow JSON into the designated field, click「Save」
Click「Preview」to verify the form, then「Publish」to go live
The form must be published before it can be sent to customers.

Part 3: Send Your Flow
You can send your WhatsApp Flow once you've created it. Through iSlash AI, we take WhatsApp Flows to the next level by integrating them with other powerful tools:
3.1 Via AI Agents
Steps:
In the top navigation, go to「AI Agents」→「Create」
Select the WhatsApp API number (Channel) — must match the channel used when creating the Flow, click「Save」
In the editor, locate the「Flow」icon in the top toolbar. Drag and drop it into the conversation flow
At「Edit Flow」, kindly ****fill in:
Flow: Select the published Flow
b. Message: Prompt shown to customers before they open the Flow, e.g. "Please fill in the form”
c. Button Text: CTA label, e.g. "Register Now”
d. Set Response to Variable: Assign variable names to customer responses for report identification
Click「Update」to save.

3.2 Via Message Template
You can send WhatsApp Flow as one of the call-to-action buttons of a Message Template.
Steps:
Go to Settings > Message Templates
Select the WhatsApp API number, click 「Create」, then choose "Create Blank Template" or "Copy from Existing Template"
Fill in the template details:
Name: Internal identifier (not visible to customers)
b. Category: e.g. Marketing, Utility
c. Language: Message Language
d. Header: Optional text, image, document, video
e. Body: Main message content
f. Footer: Optional supplementary text
g. Buttons: Click「Add Button」→ select「Flow」
Text: CTA label customers will see, e.g. "Fill in Now”
Flow: Select the published Flow
Entry Screen: The screen customers land on when they open the Flow
Submit for Meta review. The template can be used once approved.

3.3 Via Broadcast
Our broadcast feature lets you send out messages to a whole bunch of people at the same time.
Broadcast requires an approved message template. Complete Step 3.1 first.
Steps:
In the top navigation, go to "Broadcast" → "Create", then select:
General Broadcast
Bulk Broadcast
Sequence Broadcast
Select the same WhatsApp API number (Channel), under "Message", select the approved message template
Under "Recipients", use the filters to select your target audience
Optional settings:
Distribute Coupon Code — attach a coupon to the message
Add Label After Sending — auto-apply a label to recipients for follow-up
Set the sending time and click "Confirm"

View Flow Responses
4.1 Response List
Go to Settings > WhatsApp Form
Select the form → view「Flow Responses」

4.2 Response Details
Click any record to view the customer's full submission. Click「View Chat」(top right) to jump to their chat history.

I have an active iSlash AI account and have completed WhatsApp API Integration, why can't I use WhatsApp Flow?
WhatsApp Flow or WhatsApp Form is a feature that comes with prerequisite conditions. First, please check if you have completed Business Verification on your Facebook Business Manager. Additionally, please check Business Support Home to ensure there is no account restriction.
How do I view customer form submissions?
Go to Settings > WhatsApp Form → select the form →「Flow Responses」
