Setup Requirements

  1. An active iSlash AI account, register a free account here.

  2. Download the mobile app:

The iSlash AI Mobile App is a lightweight extension of the iSlash AI platform. Focused on the chatroom interface, it allows you to interact with customers and manage tasks quickly and efficiently from your phone. Beyond real-time messaging, the app supports customer management and mobile operations—making it an essential tool for teams on the move:

  • Reply to messages

  • Manage customer tags

  • Send payment or booking links

  • Scan QR codes to redeem offers or register products

  • Execute scheduled automated messages

The interface is designed to resemble WhatsApp—simple, intuitive, and easy to use. No matter where you are, your customers are just a tap away.


  1. Reply to Messages (from the Team Message Inbox)
    View and respond to messages from customers across platforms in real time. Share the team inbox to ensure consistent and instant service.


  2. Omnichannel Messaging
    Manage conversations from WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and more—all in one place. No missed messages, faster replies.


  3. View Customer Profiles
    Tap on a chat to view detailed customer information, including contact details, tags, interaction history, and past conversations—helping you provide more personalized service.


  4. Productivity Tools
    Tap the icon at the bottom-left of the chat interface to access:

  • Send images, videos, or documents

  • FAQs: Use preset quick replies to save typing time

  • Tags: Manage customer tags for better segmentation and marketing

  • Scheduled Messages: Edit and send scheduled messages

Delivery Code Redemption

To redeem a delivery code using the iSlash.io mobile app:

  1. Open the app and go to Settings.

  2. Tap on Product Redemption.

  3. Select Scan, then use your camera to scan the customer's delivery code.

  4. Once scanned, the system will automatically verify and complete the redemption.

Make sure you have camera permissions enabled for the app to scan successfully.
