💡 Transaction fees depend on your selected payment gateway. iSlash does not charge any additional transaction fees.
Setup Requirements
An active iSlash AI account, register a free account here.
Payment Gateway accounts of PayPal, mPay and/or Stripe.
To send payment links using the iSlash AI system, you must first connect a payment gateway, setup Message Template for Payment Link and create products in the system. Once set up, you can easily share payment links with customers through the chatroom.
To connect a payment gateway, go to Payments > Settings > Payment Gateway.

To setup Message Template for Payment Link, first create a Message Template, then go to Payments > Settings > Message Template. Select an approved Message Template for Payment Link Message, Payment Success Message and Redirect to Bot Message.
Redirect to Bot Message will be sent after payment success, the template message must contain one reply button which will trigger the bot.
Create Products
Products can be added manually, or Sync from Facebook product catalog (this is for WhatsApp eShop Solution)
Send Payment Link to Customer
Go to Chats.
Select the customer you want to send the payment link to.
Tap the Payment icon at the customer profile tab.
Click the Create button in the payment panel.
A pop-up window will appear, fill in the details :
Products - update unit price and quantity
Payment Link Expiry Date - set an expiry date to the payment link.
Discount - None/Percent/Amount
Can use coupon - Enable/Disable
Remarks - column for free text, add messages or special terms for this payment link.
Review Total Price
Auto send payment url immediately - Enable/Disable
Tap the Create button at the bottom of the pop-up to complete.
iSlash AI system will then send a message to the customer along with the payment link.
To view the payment details, tap the Info button. The full payment information will be displayed.
Once payment is created, a “Pending Payment” label will be attached to the chatroom automatically. If the customer completes the payment, a “Paid” label will be updated on the chatroom.

You can review all payment requests you've created under the Payment tab.
Can I automate the payment link?
Yes, you can use the payment widget inside the chatbot to send payment collection automatically. Perfect for scaling customer service and reducing manual effort.
