Step-by-step Guide
Logon to iSlash AI Platform at https://app.islash.io/
Go to Settings:
Go to Automation and proceed to "Auto Message" tab.
Click on "+" to create a new Auto Message.
Fill in these details/parameters:
Title - Auto Message's name
Status - Active/ In-Active
Channel - Select a WhatsApp API channel
Trigger Data Type - Select a customer data to anchor upon.
Send At - The time to send Auto Message
Send Before Day - How many days before should the message be sent, based on the "Trigger Data Type".
Default Message - Select an approved Message Template to be sent.
Condition Message - Alternative messages to be sent based on customers' labels, will be further discussed.
Once completed, click "Save".
Auto Messages will be scheduled at 1am, based on customer data at the time and the Auto Message settings.
