General Permissions
Dashboard – View or can't view the Dashboard Data (customer count, message count, tickets count, engagement count, Marketing & AI overview) and User Status.
Chat – Read access, or also be able to respond to messages.
Contact – Read access, or also be able to manage customer contacts.
Payment – No access, read access or also be able to update payments.
Calendar – Read Access, or also be able to create and update Calendars.
FB/IG Campaign – No access, read access, or also be able to manage FB/IG Campaign for post auto-engagement.
Broadcast – No access, read access, or also be able to create Broadcast.
Chatbot – No access, read access or also be able to create and manage chatbot.
Label – Read access, or also be able to manage labels.
Schedule Message – No access, read access, or also be able to manage schedule message.
Booking – No access, read access or also be able to manage appointments or reservations on calendars.
My Plan – No access, read access or also be able to manage the current subscription plan.
Users & Groups – No access, read access or also be able to control user access and group permissions.
Channel – No access, read access or also be able to manage Channels - messaging platforms (WhatsApp Business API, Messenger, Instagram Direct Message, WeChat, Web Plug-ins Chat).
Product – Read access, or also be able to manage product listings.
FAQ – No access, read access or also be able to create and manage pre-saved answers to frequently asked questions.
Knowledge Base – No access, read access or also be able to create and manage Knowledge Base for AI Assistant.
Message Template – No access, read access or also be able to create Message Templates for WhatsApp Business API.
Advanced Permissions
Flow – No access, read access, or also be able to create and manage WhatsApp Form.
Conversion – No access, read access, or also be able to link dataset for Conversion API.
Web Plugin – No access, read access, or also be able to create and manage web plugin chat.
Automation – No access, read access, or also be able to set up rules for automatic replies and actions, including labelling, open/closed tickets and chat assignment.
Roster – No access, read access or also be able to manage team or agent assignments.
Sticker – No access, read access or also be able to create and manage stickers in chat.
Customer Custom Field – No access, read access or also be able to add extra information fields for customer profiles.
Report – No access, read access or also be able to manage analytics and performance reports.

Inspector Mode – Enable to enable messages and interactions monitoring without leaving traces of seen and triggering chat assignment.
