Customers
iSlash integrated with the Hong Kong government do-not-call list, it not means that the system will auto filter out the customers if on list. You need to use the filter to opt-out customers manually if needed.
The following parameters are needed.
Channel
Message Template
Targeted Customers list
Schedule Message Send Time
Recipients can be from selected customers and import an Excel file on-the-fly, can you download the Excel template under the import tab.
Advanced Dynamic Content for Template Message
If you want to send a message template with variables to customers and each of the values is different by batch.
Steps:
Select Channel
Select Message Template and leave the variables with a blank value
Select the Recipients
Complete the Label and Schedule Message Send Time Setting
Click Next Button
An Excel will be prompted to download
Update the value of the variable on Excel file
Upload again
