  • Append Sender’s Display Name in Message – Include the sender’s name in outgoing messages.

    • Custom Rules – Restrict chat access based on custom settings, including channels, assignment and labels.

  2. Calendars:

    • All Calendars – Access all scheduling data.

    • Selected Calendars – Restrict access to specific calendars.

  3. Broadcasts:

    • All Broadcasts – Send messages across all channels.

    • Selected Channels – Restrict to certain platforms.

    • Group Created Broadcasts – Access only broadcasts created by groups.

    • User Created Broadcasts – Access only broadcasts created by individuals.

  4. Chatbots:

    • All Chatbots – Manage all automated chat functions.

    • Selected Chatbots – Restrict access to specific bots.

  5. Customers:

    • All Customers – Access all customer data.

    • Customers from Authorized Chats with Extra Rules – Restrict access based on chat permissions, including channels, assignment and labels.

  6. Create Chats:

    • All Channels – Start chats in all available messaging platforms.

    • Selected Channels – Restrict chat creation to specific platforms.

  7. Parent Group:

    • Assign the user group to a larger permission structure.
