The FAQs function in iSlash AI lets you create pre-set answers to common customer questions, also known as quick replies. These help your team respond faster, stay consistent across channels, and improve customer satisfaction.
With FAQs, you can set up instant answers for things like pricing, business hours, order tracking, and more—so your team doesn’t have to type the same response over and over again.
This guide will walk you through how to create, organize, and use FAQs to make your customer service smarter and more efficient.
Setup Requirements
An active iSlash AI account, get free access here.

Setting up FAQs
Logon to iSlash AI Platform at https://app.islash.io/
Go to Settings:

Go to FAQs and Click on "+" to create a new quick reply.

Update the following and click Save:
FAQ Title
FAQ Category
Message
Media (if any): supports image and document files.
Sending FAQs
At Chatroom, go to right panel to look for FAQ selections.

On iSlash Mobile App, tap on "+" to bring up a menu at bottom, then click FAQ to access your quick replies.

Note: FAQs can only be created and edited on the iSlash AI browser platform.
