Creating an iSlash Account

Sign Up Page: You can follow this link to sign up for a new account!


Step-by-step Guide

  1. Visit https://app.islash.io/register


  2. Fill in the basic information for signing up

    • First Name, Last Name

    • Company Name

    • Business Email Address : this will be your Account Login ID

    • Password : set password for your iSlash AI Account.

    • Account Currency : HKD / USD

    • Contact Tel : please ensure you have selected the right country code.

    • Coupon Code (Optional) : enter the promotion code/referral code if you have one


  3. Tick "I'm not a robot"

    and click "Get Started Free" and your iSlash AI account is created.


  4. To access the account, please check for the activation email, which will be sent to the entered email address.

    The temporary login credentials will be sent to the email address.



Logging in

  1. Login to the panel here by clicking “Login Now” in email or visit https://app.islash.io/


    For security reason, an one-time verification code will be sent to the user's email.

    Click “get code from user@email.com” and then you will get the verification code from your email.

First Login & Changing Password

  1. User is required to change his/her password during the first-time login process.

  • Subscription Plan: Best for businesses with regular messaging needs and is looking for scalable solution. When business is ready to fully adopt the platform, this plan offers all features plus lower messaging costs, making it more cost-effective in the long run.

    想開始使用 Chatroom（聊天室）功能，您需要先建立一個對應的訊息頻道，然後就可以開始與客戶對話啦！
    透過分配團隊成員，您可以更有效率地管理和跟進每位顧客。


  • 新一代電商營運模式

    使用 iSlash 就能輕鬆開啟您的電商事業！
    您可以直接透過對話發送付款連結給客戶。只需綁定付款帳戶，並在 iSlash 中建立商品，就能立即開始銷售。


  • 對話中直接預約

    您可以在與客戶的對話中直接安排預約，並設定預約提醒訊息，確保服務不漏接。
    要使用預約功能，請先設定整合行事曆（Integrated Calendar）。


  • Windows / Mac / 手機 APP 通知提示

    登入系統時，畫面會彈出通知權限提示。
    若您希望在 Windows 或 Mac 的通知中心即時收到訊息提醒，請點選「允許」。


詳細步驟

  1. 請填寫基本註冊資料。如果您有推廣碼或推薦碼（promotion code/referral code），記得一併輸入。

  2. 完成後，點擊「註冊」按鈕。

  1. 系統將發送啟用信至您填寫的電子郵件信箱，同時附上暫時登入憑證。請至信箱查看並完成啟用流程。



登入系統

  1. 請點擊您收到的電郵中的「立即登入」按鈕，或直接前往登入頁面：https://app.islash.io/


出於安全考量，系統會發送一次性驗證碼到您的註冊電郵地址。

點選「從 user@email.com 取得驗證碼」，然後前往您的信箱查看驗證碼。


  1. 輸入驗證碼後即可完成登入。


首次登入 & 修改密碼

  1. 首次登入時，系統會要求您更改預設密碼，確保帳戶安全。
    請依照指示完成密碼更新，即可開始使用 iSlash AI 系統。

  • 隨用隨付 Pay As You Go（免費方案）：
    非常適合希望無風險試用 iSlash AI 平台的中小企業。您可以完整使用所有功能，僅需依實際訊息發送量支付費用。無需綁定信用卡，也無需訂閱，輕鬆起步無壓力。

  • 訂閱方案 Subscription：
    適用於有穩定訊息發送需求、並準備全面導入平台的企業。此方案包含所有功能，並享有更低的訊息費率，長期下來更具成本效益，幫助企業更有效擴展營運。
